Gut-Friendly Mocktail: Gut Glow Elixir

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kombucha (low-sugar, unflavoured)

  • ½ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • Sparkling water to taste

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the mint leaves and ginger in the bottom of a glass.

  2. Add ice cubes, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice.

  3. Top with kombucha and sparkling water.

  4. Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of mint.
