Gut-Friendly Mocktail: Gut Glow Elixir
Ingredients:
1 cup kombucha (low-sugar, unflavoured)
½ cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
A handful of fresh mint leaves
Sparkling water to taste
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Muddle the mint leaves and ginger in the bottom of a glass.
Add ice cubes, pomegranate juice, and lemon juice.
Top with kombucha and sparkling water.
Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of mint.
