Linda provides Nutritional Medicine consultations specialising in gut health and mental health.
Each consultation is followed up with an individualised plan.
Telehealth or phone consultations are also available.
Our Consultations

Your initial consultation is designed to enable your practitioner to collect all the information they need to assess your health status. They will provide initial recommendations. During the second consultation they will provide holistic, evidence based advice to support your health along with a written health plan.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your treatment plan consultation will be scheduled by your practitioner at the end of your initial appointment.

During this consultation your practitioner will go through results of your recent tests. If you have more than one set of tests to review, please book an extended consultation.

This is similar to a health plan consultation. Your practitioner will discuss your progress and amend our health plan as needed.

Open to both current patients and no-patients. This is designed as a short phone question and answer, express call to discuss one, specific, acute concern or for basic supplement questions. It is a one-off consultation and does not include a follow-up plan. However, if your health question/concern is complex in nature or has been ongoing for a while and requires more 1:1 support, please book an Initial Consultation.
