Linda and Laura provide compassionate and personalised care to their patients. Each consultation is supported by a written plan based on nutritional medicine principals, your individual needs and your test results. We specialise in supporting clients to improve their gut health in order to achieve their health goals.

 

Follow up consultations

Update and Review

Follow-up consultations are 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on the type of appointment. More time is generally needed to review results. Extended consultations of 90 minutes are also available to review multiple sets of results or discuss more complicated health issues.  

Initial consultation

Detailed history

Your initial consultation will last 60 minutes. During this time, we will ask questions and gather information to understand your health concerns and identify any underlying triggers. Appointments can be conducted in person, online ,or via phone. If you prefer, consultations can also be conducted by phone.

  • Fussy eating consults with paediatric nutritionist, Laura Thiele, can include a series of home visits to meet with parents and their fussy eaters. Prior to meeting with Laura, a consultation with Linda will need to be initiated first. In this initial consultation, background health, diet and testing options will be discussed to establish the plan moving forward.

  • A number of lifestyle factors affect fertility. These include but are not limited to nutrition, weight, and exercise; physical and psychological stress; environmental and occupational exposures; substance and drug use and abuse; and medications.

  • A healthy lifestyle can increase your chances of a healthy pregnancy, a positive birth and a thriving baby.
