Hi, I’m Linda Conder, a Nutritional Medicine Consultant Specialising in Gut Health & Mental Health based in Darwin, Australia. My mission is to help individuals achieve optimal health by focusing on the gut-brain connection and using science-backed, natural solutions.

My journey into nutritional medicine began with my own health challenges. After contracting amoebic dysentery and malaria during my travels in Kenya, Africa, I later developed ulcerative colitis and struggled with mental health issues. These experiences fuelled my passion for finding effective, holistic ways to heal—not just for myself, but for others on similar paths.
